Enrich & Enliven is an online store for Brisbane Shoppers

Delivery area is limited to the inner Brisbane Suburbs.

We do not use couriers or AusPost and do not offer shipping outside of the Brisbane Metro area

You will need a QLD address to register and shop online at Enrich & Enliven
 

Orders are processed each Monday. Shop anytime in the online store and checkout by Sunday night for your order to be processed that week.

Usually checkout is finalised on Monday morning and your orders are ready for delivery or pick up at our office on Friday. You can put items in your cart at anytime and log out without going through the checkout process. Your shopping will remain in the cart for the next time you log in and you can add or remove items as you like.

Once you check out, you will receive a confirmation email which includes the bank details to transfer your payment to. Your order will not be processed until payment has been confirmed, so consider sending your deposit receipt through to our email address to ensure your order is not delayed.

If there are out of stock items that are not available from the supplier that week, we will either refund you by direct deposit or provide you with store credit for future orders - whichever you prefer.

Once your order is ready you will receive an email that the order is ‘processed’ and ready for pick up.

All orders are available for pick up from our office in Greenslopes. We offer flexible collection times including after regular business hours as needed. Delivery is only available to the inner Brisbane suburbs and attracts a flat shipping fee of $10 See our delivery areas to find your suburb or contact us before placing your order to confirm delivery eligibility.
